Grenoside Players & Birley Carr Methodist Musical & Dramatic Society have now joined forces.  The new society is known as Grenoside & Birley Carr players and the new website can be reached from the following link;

The first joint production of the group will be the Gilbert & Sullivan Operetta  'The Sorcerer' at Grenoside from 6-10 April 2010 at the Community Centre, Grenoside.

Grenoside Birley Carr Players home is located in Sheffield, about  6 Km north of the city centre. They will continue to present plays and operettas for the enjoyment of the local community. 

Rehearsals and performances are  at the Community Centre on Main Street, Grenoside, Sheffield 35.  This is located about 10 Km north of Sheffield City centre in a delightfully rural village setting.   In 2010/11 we hope to  present two stage plays in  November and June/July and the operetta in April/May depending upon availability of dates in the centre.

 New members, either with or without singing or acting experience, would be made very welcome.  Come and join us and help us and sample the enjoyment of participating in live theatre.
